For corporate and bulk orders, cancellations are generally accepted if the production or dispatch process has not yet begun. Once customized items or specific bulk items are in the dispatch phase, cancellations may incur a restocking or processing fee of up to 20% of the total order value.

Please note that PPE kits, respiratory equipment, and safety undergarments are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standard regulations unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or corporate account within 7-14 business days.
